Basic Policy Against Anti-Social Forces (English)

FinShot, Inc. hereby declares the following basic policy to prevent damages caused by antisocial forces that are organizations or individuals that pursue economic interests through violence, intimidation, and fraudulent activities.

1. Response as an organization
We will respond to unlawful demands from antisocial forces as an organization, and we will ensure the safety of employees who deal with these forces.

2. Cooperation with external expert organizations
In preparation for responding to antisocial forces, we will, as usual, build close cooperative relationships with external expert organizations such as the police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations,　lawyers, etc.

3. Termination of all relationships, including business relationships
We will terminate all relationships with antisocial forces, including business relationships. We will also reject unlawful demands made by these forces.

4. Civil and criminal legal responses in times of emergency
We will firmly reject unlawful demands from antisocial forces, and take legal actions from both civil and criminal perspectives.

5. Prohibition of illegal transactions and funding
We will never engage in illegal transactions, nor provide funding to antisocial forces to conceal the truth, for any reason.
