Q: The recipient link shows “verification expired.”

Recipient links do not have an expiration date. The issue may be caused by a temporary network problem or by accessing a link that has already been used for recipient verification. Please try the following: 1.Use a different network environment. 2.Fully close and reopen the app. If you still cannot access the link after trying both methods, please contact our customer support for prompt assistance. The transfer will proceed once the recipient verification is submitted and approved.

Q: I signed up via SNS, but my ID has changed and I can’t log in.

If the SNS account linked to your CoinShot account has changed, you will not be able to log in, so a new ID must be created . When creating a new ID, if your phone number is the same as the previous one, re-registration may be difficult. Please provide your registered phone number in the chat, and we will update your previous information. After receiving confirmation that the update is complete, you can proceed with re-registration. For re-registration, email registration is recommended . Also, please submit a different Japanese ID from the one used previously. (Example: If a My Number Card was submitted during your previous registration, submit a Residence Card or Driver’s License during re-registration.)

Q: Can I refund my wallet balance?

You can request a wallet refund directly within the app. Please follow the steps below to submit your request: 1.Tap “All” at the bottom right of the home screen. 2.Tap the Settings icon (gear) at the top right. 3.Select the Wallet Refund option to proceed.

Q: Is there a limit on wallet top-ups?

You can top up your wallet up to a maximum of ¥1,000,000.
